Read some reviews... The plot should be almost nonexistant, but the movie is made on the base of a game that wasnt released... Might have worked the other way around but games turned movies are usually just bad acting, plotlacking with alot of thoughtless action...

Movie was pretty good. Not much of a place for a story really. Just aliens attack earth. Marines go in to stop them.

The recipe for disaster in a movie...

For most movies... But they pulled it off real good in this. You cna't generalize this movie like you cna with most others.

Dude, if there is no plot at all, movies tend to just be pure action. THe reviews said it had really great action scenes and effects but lacked mostly everything else...

With most movies you do need a good plot, but most movies have a larger need for a background. This really doesn't need that, so the plot is simple. Simple things are good sometimes.

My all time favorite movie is "300". This movie is all about 300 Spartans soldiers who die war against king.

My favorite movie is 'Kaboom'.It is based on the theme of science fiction.It was released in2010.Kaboom starring Roxane Mesquida, Thomas Dekker, Juno Temple, Haley Bennett, and James Duval.

All I can say is. Yes.

and btw, 300 was cool and all but just remember one thing. it's based on an actual fight, but many of the things in the movie are actually wrong. And it's actually quite a fascinating historical battle, if you looked at everything happening at the time, from the battle at Thermopylae to the Naval battle led by Themistocles. And don't forgot it wasn't only 300 Spartans, there were about 1100 other soldiers.

Action movies are nice genre. Because in movies actors are looking angry. People so excited to watch these movies. My favorite movies = Thor, saw, The hunger games.
